On Monday, October 15 at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria of St. Joseph School building there will be PGC workshop. Entrance is at the back of the school. Please call the pre-school at 570-325-3186 to register. The workshop lasts approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. No one under 18 is allowed to attend.
Many changes have taken place recently in our parish. But, there are some things that never change…. the need for volunteers. Everyone’s lives are busy but where do we place our priorities? Are we making the way for those coming behind us to continue to have the Church present to meet their faith needs in the future. There is a great need in our parish to have individuals step forward to serve at the celebration of Mass as Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Altar Servers, etc.
In addition, funds are needed to keep the parish viable…. We were not able to hold our big fundraiser this year, which was Oktob...

On Sunday, September 23rd, Marian Catholic will be hosting an Endowment and Planned Giving event. The event starts with registration at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served. A tour of Marian’s brand new STEM labs will be given. The event will be highlighted by Leo Marzen, CFA, CPA, Joseph Ustynowski, esquire, and Daniel Miscavage, esquire. Marian Catholic’s new Advancement Director, Michele Palko, is excited to host this first-time event to help assist the longevity of the school.
